The Fordham Computer Science club is BACK!

The Society of Computer Science (SOCS) has been a part of Fordham almost as long as the Computer Science Department itself. In the last few years SOCS has fallen to a near-dormant club. In order to return SOCS to the status of a prominent club, we need new members to join the team. SOCS is a bona-fide club with a real budget. If you are a Computer Science or Computer and Information Sciences major, we encourage you to join. This club is open to any students who are interested in technology and want to learn or practice new skills.

Do you...

If you said yes to any of the above, then please join our mailing list and you can receive updates about upcoming events (lessons, meetings, illegal dog fights.) There is no obligation involved. If you submit your email address, you will be joining the group that will keep Fordham's tech savvy ahead of the curve for years to come.

If you sign up, you will be added to the mailing list and receive information about upcoming events.
Please note: We are currently scheduling events for the Fall Semester. If you have any suggestions for a good event (that vaguely has to do with technology), please send your suggestion to socs@fordham.edu.

Some of the new ideas for the upcoming semester are :

If you have any questions about the Society of Computer Science feel free to ask Alex Dorey, Ashley Coventry, or John Milner for information or, you can ask us a question at socs@fordham.edu.

We will make an effort to use email for important announcements only. Your participation (at any level) is crucial to the future of this club. Come join! You don't have to tell your friends you joined. Dr. Hsu appreciates your involvement.
